The installation of key locks to the gates for access to block 1 and 2, the gates between C/Jaen and C/Cordoba and all swimming pools will commence on the 02nd July 2019 and will be completed by the 7th July 2019. (more…)

The Annual General Meeting of the Community of Owners of La Cornisa took place in Club La Naranja, C/ Malaga, -Urb. Sitio de Calahonda, Mijas-Costa, convening on the second call to order at 10:30 on Wednesday 6th March.

Happy New year to you all. As you know as a committee we are always looking at ways to improve our community and we appreciate the involvement of all of our owners. A hot summer is over and we can turn off the fans and air conditioned as well as start planning for the autumn. As usual, summer has been well-attended. Unfortunately, I have to re-emphasize that our tenants do not follow the rules we decided on using our pools. (more…)
As planned, the painting company started its work at the end of March. They have begun to wash the façades with a high-pressure machine. That means that the area will be littered with paint flakes for a time. (more…)
